REQUIREMENT: WITH IBR CERTIFICATE

Certificate: All materials IBR certificates.

Dimensional certificates. Welder certificates. Pressure testing certificates.

Complete hood certified with IBR.

Guarantee: 18months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the date of received, which ever is early.

After-sales service provided: Online-support installation, commissioning and training.

Manufacture Notes

All hood segments shall be built and inspected as per IBR Ed07 and ASME Section I Ed07 ‘Rules for Construction of Power Boilers’.

Welding shall conform to IBR Ed07. The butt welds of tube shall be argon arc welding, cover pass shall be manual welding. The other rest welding shall be shield metal arc welding.

Butt welding for header shall be checked with 100% RT. Butt welds of tube shall be 10% RT, and fillet welds of nozzle on headers shall be 10%PT. The butt welds of return caps shall be 100% RT. RT shall be acc to IBR Ed07.

The working pressure of equipment is 3.27Mpa. Cold water pressure test shall be carried out on completion of fabrication at the pressure of 4.9Mpa acc to IBR-61.

The inside of equipment shall be carried out stand blasting SA 2.5. Dry-film-thickness shall be 40µm. Before delivery, all the openings shall be closed with cap to prevent foreign matters falling into it during handling or transportation.
