Working principle

When the skip works, the furnace charge loaded by chute is accepted in the skip pit.Under the drive of the skip car winch, the skip car is pulled to the top of the furnace, and it is turned over and unloaded by the guide of the unloading curve.After discharging, the skip car returns automatically by its own gravity to complete a work cycle.

Routine maintenance and repair

1) check whether the connection parts are firm and reliable.The coupling screw and bolt shall not be loose.

2) check the lubricating parts regularly and add lubricating grease in time.

3) if the liner and wheel tread wear seriously or fall off, the liner, wheel or wheel pair should be replaced in time.

4) when the bearing is seriously ground or damaged, replace the bearing.

5) tighten the steel wire rope or replace the steel wire rope when the wire rope is stretched or badly worn.
