Description

Carbide roller ring (also called tungsten carbide roller ring) refers to the powder metallurgy method using tungsten carbide and cobalt as materials. Because of its good wear resistance, high temperature red hardness, heat fatigue resistance and high strength, it has been widely used in the production of rods, wires, rebars and seamless steel pipes, which has greatly improved the effective operation rate of the rolling mill. According to the differences in the working environment of the rolls of various racks, a variety of hard alloy roll rings have been developed.
