Description

The pallet car is the main operating part of the sintering machine. Its main function is to form a running slewing chain between the head and tail wheels of the sintering machine. It receives the sintering mixture at the upper horizontal section. After preheating and igniting, sintering, cooling, and turning the material, it returns to the head. The wheel forms a transmission cycle to achieve the purpose of sintering materials.

Technical requirements

1,When assembling the oil plate(#8), the two oil supply holes should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane.

2,When assembling the oil seal(#10), please assembly as shown in the figure. Do not curl the protruding parts.

3,The wheels(#5) and rollers(#3) should be flexible when moving by hand.

4,The flatness of the working surfaces of four wheels shall not be greater than 0.2mm.

5,Before installing the end cover(#7), the friction surface inside the wheel and the wheel labyrinth gap should be injected with No. 2 extreme pressure lithium-based grease, the injection amount is 2/3 of the wheel cavity.
